The below EMPLOYMENT BENEFITS plan is intended to be a summary of the various plan benefits offered by strategic Outsourcing Services Pvt. Ltd. for eligible employees.

1.Benefits Eligibility

Existing and new employees are eligible for company-sponsored flexible benefits plan as per the statutory requirements.

2.Medical Insurance

Strategic Outsourcing Services Pvt. Ltd. offers comprehensive medical indemnity plans for its employees. All employees are eligible for Company Group Insurance Policy and the Claims and reimbursement is based on the guidelines given by the Medi claim Card.

3.Service Awards

The Company believes it is important to recognize its employees who have reached certain milestones during their tenure of employment. Based on their work and efforts, the Company will pay them award for their honest service during its Annual day.

4.Educational Financial Assistance

Employees are provided with the opportunity for professional development.  Financial assistance is available for courses or seminars related to the company’s business objectives or the objectives of affiliated industries in which the company operates.  Employees who have successfully completed six (6) consecutive months of full-time employment with our company and are classified as Permanent Employees of Strategic Outsourcing Services Pvt. Ltd are eligible for this benefit.  Managerial approval must be obtained before enrollment or registration in order to be eligible for this assistance. Assistance with regard to the same is solely dependant on the Management’s decisions.

5.Pension Plans

Eligible employees are automatically covered under a non-contributory defined-benefit retirement plan at no cost to employees, which can be paid only at the time of Retirement from the company.

6.Training & Development

Training is one of the most important interventions for developing human resource. Hence, identification of training competency profile in terms of vision, mission of the Company would be the strategic point of the training and development strategy of the Company.

The following objectives have been set in this regard:

  • To provide training to all employees at regular intervals
  • Updating knowledge to avoid obsolescence;
  • Enhancing professional creativity
  • Enabling employees to shoulder higher responsibility to create a business bias and strategic thinking to take up new business challenges (creation of Center of Excellence, etc)

Keeping the organizational requirement and the above goals and objectives of training, the following has been identified as the key focus areas of training:

  • Sales & Marketing
  • Business Ethics
  • Quality
  • Information Technology

Furthermore, to facilitate development of soft skills (change of mind set, managerial development etc.) training would be imparted on continuous basis.
